Procurement Program

The Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce recognizes the opportunities that are offered to small businesses pursuing available contracts to grow and scale their business. Through our Procurement Program, the Hispano Chamber offers a 3 part program dedicated to helping your business navigate through the procurement process:

  • Procurement Series: Annual Fall Series
  • Procurement Summit: Annual Spring Event
  • Procurement Matchmaking: Twice a Year (Summer and Fall)

Procurement Series Information

Did you know that small business contracting is one of the most important federal programs for helping America’s small businesses grow and create jobs?

Federal and local governments must acquire products and services to maintain all public and essential services, such as those required for public safety, national security, health, infrastructure, and social services. Procuring contracts is a tremendous financial opportunity for small businesses. The U.S. government is the largest customer in the world.

Have you considered doing business with local, Federal, and State buying agencies but don’t know where to start?

Sign up today to participate in our annual Procurement Series. Sessions are offered in a hybrid mode (online and in-person) to small businesses looking to grow and scale their business through contract opportunities.

Program Benefits

  • Access to Government Contracts: Educate attendees on accessing government contracts and procurement opportunities, outlining steps and processes for participation.
  • Education and Awareness: Inform small business owners about available government resources and support programs tailored to aid their growth.
  • Advocacy and Feedback: Provide a platform for small business owners to share feedback and concerns, allowing government representatives to better understand their needs and refine policies accordingly.
  • Networking Opportunities: Facilitate dialogue and connections between small and large/prime businesses, government representatives, and industry experts to encourage collaboration and partnerships.

Next cohort starts October 1st to November 5th, 2024
